Questions
How much notice do you need?
Around 7 days for most orders, and at least 14 days for celebration cakes. If you're stuck for time, send a DM anyway — I'll always try to help.
Do you deliver?
No — it's pickup only, within roughly 15 miles of Newtownstewart. It keeps everything fresh and keeps prices down.
Where do I pick up from?
The exact pickup spot is arranged by DM and shared once your order is confirmed. I don't list an address here for privacy.
Do you cater for allergies?
I'll always do my best and label what I can, but everything is made in a home kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, dairy and eggs — so cross-contamination is possible. Please flag any allergies in your DM.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer or cash on pickup — whatever suits. Details are shared when your order is confirmed.
Do you take deposits?
For celebration cakes, yes — a 50% deposit secures your date, with the balance due at pickup. Smaller orders are paid in full on collection.
Can I request a custom design?
Absolutely. Send a reference pic in your DM along with your colours and theme, and I'll let you know what's possible.
Do you do dairy-free or gluten-free?
Some bakes can be made dairy-free or gluten-free depending on the order — just ask in your DM and I'll let you know what I can do.
